Kurt Vonnegut Jr (kvj) died a few years back. He was sad about not getting NP. However he shaped my thinking writing and living. I adopt many of his words - time quake, jail bird, water crystal, air ink, future ghost....and added more and spellings that did not exist. I have bias for spelling mistake and description of world never seen by any of any times. Time Quake is when tectonic plates of time underlying the universe hit each other and people from different time and place emerge in any another time and place in 4-D universe.

kvj is fiction writer of future and war. He carried dead bodies in wheel burrow - Dresden was fire bombed out human residents, 130,000 of them in a single night by Allied. Holed out in a slaughter house he escaped death. He earned $10 a word from his book Slaughter House 5 that made him a millionaire. He owns the copy right of generalized model of stories. He was awarded MS in literature from Cornell University many years after he dropped out from that. He practiced fiction writing of events in random time sequence. It left to reader to sequence the events in time and location order in 4-D space. Each chapter may have paragraphs from random time, sequential time from beginning to end or end to beginning or mixture of all three. A story can start anywhere and any place - it is after all story. All is left to reader to interpret. He wrote without semicolon. I once wrote entire article without spaces punctuation and with spelling mistakes; I left spaces punctuation at end. My good classmate Gautam deciphered what I wrote and published that for ISIKolkata group.
All is readable no matter what one writes.
As a young man, I was so influenced by KVJ that I wrote my marriage invitation card in jumble of non-sense sonorous sounds to machine who understands machine language by a human magician as in his book Player Piano. But in my case I am machine talking to Humans inviting them to my marriage with another human.
I learned from kvj how to live in multiple different planets or places all at the same time. In some planet, planet year is micro second as in Planet earth. One can have a full life time of existence sitting in a dental care while one's wisdom tooth is extracted.
I also learned the existence of Tralfmador where inhabitants can see all time all the time. They saw or see how all began, I mean the world and how all disappeared. It is because a Tralfamadorian pilot punched the wrong button. If he is asked why knowingly he punched wrong button making the whole world disappear - he would answer - what is the rationale not punching wrong button - why not? Tralfmadorians saw long before we know today that there are seven different sexes in the planet earth (lgbtmfn - n stands for none of preceding 6) and all of them needed to produce a human baby.
I came to learn how to live contrary to all human beliefs conventions commitments - all at the same time. kvj lived in-love with his divorced-wife, married-wife, another's married wife, another woman wearing a red Bindi in post office and with his all past-loves - all at the same time - Now - without their knowledge. I don't smoke because of my physical inability. kvj smoked Pall Mall two packets a day till he died at the age of 84 to prove surgeon general wrong that - cigarette smoking is injurious to health.
kvj died of depression and cerebral attack after a fall or cerebral attack then a fall.
kvj taught me how to live one's own entire life insane and enjoy an ordered predictable sane world full of sane human. He did not quit and never quit as long as human live. It is his commitment to write their stories.
All these I learn from reading his books and hearing his video public lectures.

Human got wiped out from planet earth by inventions of superior killing devices at some future time not far from now. kvj says. Only a handful survived from a ship wreck but now after million years they are Dolphin like human creature living in Galapagos. No education and Evolution has taken care of their brain thinking language and killing instincts. They now bursts into frequent shrieks of ecstasy. KVJ lives as a ghost a million years hence sitting at the top of mast of the wrecked ship and committed to seeing thinking specimens named Homo Sapiens by university educated. He writes then stories of heavenly bliss enjoyed by dolphin-humans - with air-ink in a air-note-book with his left-hand's invisible index finger. Dolphin men women have only sex-education and not much brain to learn anything else. They practice sex of all 7x7 kinds knowledge inherited from their superior human ancestors, without any inhibition and without constitution.
Everlasting ultimate paradise-park in Planet earth.
