long back i created a forum of closed door discussions among isi educated from kolkata. i owned the group and critically moving the group towards any research towards examination of one belief - scientific economic philosophy that examines one's own superstitions. i was writing about 90% of the total input and encouraging others personally to contribute from their personal and professional engagements - especially those who are engaged in financial investment academic pursuits, sports or literature, whatever no boundary. i wished to avoid politics and dogma and strictly prohibited writings to be lifted from this closed group isikolkata to outside world. it was primarily became an attack weapon to minimize or ridicule others on their belief but not examining their hypothesis themselve. within two years it was a forum of expression for religious beliefs eating diet habits. everyone promoting his or her belief and not examining beliefs as such.
everyone trying to be bigger but not definitely interested in reducing. everyone looking for glory. i made a choice of two owners of the group anil and sajal and i came out. it was 2010 i think about one year after i was persuaded by kanti to rejoin the group.
i possess tremendous respect for her as an individual. she married her classmate sayeed a very example of gentleman who is so respectful of others. i of course am told by many, about kamal, he too was iconic gentleman never ever seen to show any expression of emotion. the two or three occasions he expressed, they were broadcasted. once for his teached D Basu giving an alternative proof for Basu's Theorem, DB begged to write that himself for kamal and publish but kamal just declined. he never looked for glory. One other time in a bridge tournament he found someone cheating. But he never explained what the other did.
kanti went to africa once on a teaching assignment for two years. she later moved to canada and taught there. about 6 7 years back at late age she again went to africa on UN mission to teach and help children in extreme condition for 6 months. she had to go through rigorous training to pass the eligibility test.
this time as an ordinary member i joined the group but was only contributing my articles. by now atmosphere was so bad that i could not last more than a few months. i asked anil to stop the nonsense going on but he became diplomatic. i lost touch of the group. in 2012 May i visited my brother kamal at the hospital. by the way he suggest a few things - i may look up somesh da who was suffering from cancer, visit isi and contribute to isikolkata. i said the group was about 150 when i left. i was the creator of the same. he said it was a big group of 500 plus.
my brothers death was a big blow for me and i was extremely grief stricken. i withdrew from all public and social media and email group. i lost touch of the world. about 2 3 months ago i tried to find out the progress within x isi. about 2 3 years ago i was drawn into some issues with isi due to some interference from central bjp government. by now i have written off india and no more concerned. however i tried to tell everybody involved that isi is a lost character and cannot be revived. i found senior professors at isi were throwing each other human excrements. i decided under no circumstances i would go near isi. ritadi off and on was in touch with me. she became chairperson of isi alumni. she was trying to raise fund for isiaa for some activities such as stipend and prizes for present day students. i was not interested. then she told me isi students community is very rich now and they have lot of earnings from advertisement etc. isiaa manages their account and they are leading activities of isiaa. i did not want to hear any more.
i started visiting anil's fb page to find out what has happened to isikolkata. perhaps it is closed; and now the group members inhabit anil's fb as friends. his fb site is self promotion site; they publicly praise each other, and do mutual back scratching. all talking wildly showing erudition and giving each other nobel prize. my isolation from isi is complete. i thought they are bunch of statistician and they may have some insight to India Today. i learnt something from visiting anil's fb site. most of his fb friends are very pissed off with modi sarkar and his handling of india. hope against hope they thought that there shall be revolution in india which did not happen.

being hindu is a privilege, no hindu in india is interested to throw that away and become broad minded and theoretical or educated; for what benefit? education only benefits educated and not uneducated. 70% of indian are not literate. I am told delhi noida ghaziabad faridabad region - all households employ several muslim servants for various jobs car cleaning house cleaning handyman etc. they are undocumented migrants most probably from neighboring countries. modi sarkar is blind to the same. but modi sarkar very active in identifying muslim in assam bengals who are there for all their 10 or more generation and before partition. x-isi are not concerned about the same. x-isi are yet to find out they belong to a group of ill educated who has no concern of their own country and its composition and their aspirations. their solution to indian economic woes, is to give loan to uneducated to produce nuts and bolts. i pointed out that the problems of india is so severe that it would keep 1.3 billion occupied 24x7x365 for many decades and the solution is not nyay nor nut bolt home industry.
it is not concern for anyone whether modi will deliver. modi has promised nothing. nothing is expected from him but ensure the reign of bjp in future. they have none in their think tank with experience education vision or maturity. it is indian mass truly decide what is going to happen in future. modi too gives his victory speech. INDIA WON he declared.
educated indians are incapable to even create their own future. living in india they are foreigners. our best institutes are listed after 350 foreign institutes of the world. education is of no use for india unless they can be sent abroad as english speaking cheap labor in collusion with corporation that is losing their global relevance and engaged in cheating America.
