i do not mind helping when asked but do not corroborate anymore when i come to know where it is heading for.
long ago perhaps in my first year in isi i learnt how to estimate number of fishes in a pond. procedure is practical. catch say 50 live fishes and mark them and throw them back in the pond. cast a net and catch say X number of fishes. count the number of marked fishes in them. estimate the number of fishes to be caught to get all 50 marked fishes.
What percentage of indians IT practitioners in USA are not IT practitioners.
I have already read in Indian news paper - Economic times that 95% of Indian IT graduates have not done any programming in life and non programmer. In my daily life of withdrawn personality I still meet people whom I do not like to meet. Not knowing is not sin - I know. many successful and active teachers teaching what they do not know. They have degrees and papers and books but they are fake. Some of them are emeritus professors in reputed universities.
who cares? I care and stay away from their contacts. In the past I did help people procure degree doing their work but as soon as I came to know their virtue and their unchanged nature. I have avoided any contact. I also know they are exactly same even after 3 4 or 5 decades. Practitioning frauds.
I have personal knowledge who have engineering or college degree who tried to engage me to do online courses for them required for their job and they are in IT for 30 years. Their faith in god is so strong that they do not hesitate to ask. I had to forcibly separate myself and tell them in writing that I do not wish to be engage in such activities. They work in reputed Corporations like IBM Microsoft TCS Deloitte Accenture etc. I have personal knowledge of some Indians working in Google as Senior Systems Engineers who have no College degree of Diploma and possess fake immigration documents with Unix/Linux installation training only working as data scientists. They are so bold that they believe they could twist my arm for my personal disrepute. They have faith in God who would deliver them from their sin. they cannot leave this country but unfailingly visits temples everyday prays 108 times gayatri mantras.
I let all twist my arm. I let all including my family members to cause my personal disrepute. My root is not people they know or I know. My root is me that I know I do not know.
I cannot care for fake - all I know.
Yesterday I was approached by a recruiter. he called me up 10 times. He was arranging my interview at a prescribed wage that was to happen in one hour. I did not follow his dishonesty. It was unbelievable. He then sent a resume with some name Govinda ... I am supposed to give an interview as Govinda. In the past I have been approached to select persons from Indian origin for IT job who have not seen or touched computer. this time i am being engaged to be proxy for another person!
twenty persons I know in Columbus in IT profession only two I know has knowledge of computing and computers. my estimate is 9 out of 10 Indian IT professionals are fake.
However Bhaskar law holds true. Their conscience are clear within the corporation they work for. they are not responsible for what they are ------ after all. Corporations are responsible for engaging them and funding their dishonesty. their motivation i do not know.
