personal

i am very personal when i attend to politics.

when i was young i attended to some oration of politicians being in kolkata and barring of very loud speakers. however i never attended any meetings held by my generation. in fact i kept away from any political meetings. i was very vocal and called myself apolitical.

As a middle age and middle class citizen of India i was keen follower of politics. I supported some activities and opposed some but within my circle where i exchanged my views to remain within my home and friends who visited me in home and office. i was very personal and private. I followed budget and calculated how worse off i would be.

I became more private after migration to US. I never felt it was my country and looked forward to my return to my homeland. My visit to India for very short period of two weeks completely chastened me. I did not find myself returning home but to a strange land filled with wolves. I was shocked to find them considering themselves doing a favor by skinning me live. I was shocked and shaken. I only met my relatives and had no time to meet my friends. Except one of my classmate. He spent about two hours with me and then forget to keep any further contacts.

I was chastened. I returned to America and throughout the journey I was crying with the realization that I lost my home for all time to come. I had no other option but consider America is my home. Shortly within a month my brother died and i changed my citizenship promptly.

In US I had no choice but to follow its politics and politicians. I did not have much of knowledge of the fissures that ran among the people of US - semitic anti-semitic black asian hispanic white chinese muslim anti-muslim rich poor middle class veterans Indians Arabs Persians Syrians etc. I was not knowledgeable about history of US and also origins of people that made this nation. I lacked all understanding of US politicians and underlying politics.

I belonged to a perfect world it remained within my home. I read news but did not understand. I made preferences from my ideological unreal position. I could not accept Iraq war or Afghanistan war syrian war etc. I did not understand any war. I did not understand the politics of war. Why war and what benefits wars bring to politicians across the party line.

What benefits do they bring to corporations. I realized corporations are responsible for existence of politics and politicians. Why people take to politics as profession. The entire system of governance in US - media communication economics legal security education municipality health finance banking insurance investment bonds and share markets military is reflection of US politics is funded by taxes but taxes are not paid by corporations. Governance is funded by deficit financing a bottomless deep pockets.

corporations are parasites of US.

However US does not touch me. I am comfortable. i am empty space.

I was very opposed to legacy system and in last election i supported current president and against democrats and their candidate. i considered myself correct to represent US when Trump became president. I do not support Democrats in their consistent opposition to reduce smooth operation of government. Trump remain my choice of President in coming election. However in the last mid-term election my support was for democrats and their choices of candidates in 3 out of 4 candidates. They got control of House. Ever since they declared and committed themselves to undermine governance. I do not approve of the same. They are in control of media. Media is owned by corporations. Them are parasites and making the system dysfunctional.

Corporations are against progress of USA. They do not fund for US progress. They help themselves with deficit funding that sinks US economy and enrichens them.

world is a very small place and is a zero sum game and balanced so at every moment. corporations are bridges between US and non US. The bridges collapse if they drift apart. corporations become very heavy by themselves and not supportable by either.

it is good.

I support clear cut demarcation of we and them. US and non US. I do not support ambiguity. I support wall.
