Do I see that i am blind?
bhaskar was my colleague in computronics. his law states that within the organization all employees conscience are always clear. irrespective of their activity that may not be of any moral standard. an employee may be inefficient stealing and cheating but he or she gives more than what he gets or earns or steals or cheats. he cannot go against his conscience through out his employment.
valmiki the first indian poet and writer of ramayana coined a name for a river that was totally transparent and clear that one can see its bottom if one's conscience is clear. The word or name is Tamas. However if one's conscience is not clear the river is pitch dark nothing under the surface is visible.
We thus have this Sanskrit sentence - Tamasama Joytirmaya. Guide me to light from my darkness. Valmiki had to write Ramayana when the crystal clear Tamas river turned pitch dark in his eyes. he had to clear his conscience.
Soham is afflicted with the Valmiki problem. He is extraordinarily credit worthy having graduated in Multiple Disciplines. But in last 6 weeks he is unable to face any recruiter or attend interview. He is bent on postponing any kind of dialog for employment. Despite my telling him that he is no longer respectable unless he proactively seeks job and talk to people for a job. It is mathematically improbable that he has attended 25 interviews or made applications and yet he does not have a job. He has no time left for any further preparation.
I told him that this inadequate preparation is not unique to him. It is the problem all human ever born. Gita the book of Hindu religion describes this in great detail and looking at every aspect of the same. While future never comes one thing alone can not be postponed. If you try to do the same you are in the darkness that never lift even if you are under clear sky at mid noon and in the open. NOW CANNOT BE POSTPONED. It is impossibility.
There is one and only one sin. Running away from now. Even if it is sure death - one has to die without trying to postpone death. Krishna told Arjun and showed the result of War at Kurukshetra. There are all dead men. The war was over in 18 days. They would be killed any how. Some would be killed by Arjun that might not be moral. Yet he cannot quit. He took all the lesson and training needed for his profession of killing and he now has to deliver without option even if he is grieved or soils his clothes out of fear.
He must perform NOW without any expectation. There is never future. It is always Now and only Now. No past either. The darkness at mid noon under clear sky is past - one's own past that can not killed by anyone but oneself. Take an arrow Arjun was advised and kill oneself and depend on Krishna alone who is the driver of his chariots. All horses in the chariot is under his control while Arjun is dummy. Further Krishna had pledged not to be wearing any protection. All the weapons directed to Arjun goes past him. All weapons Arjun shoots goes past him. He is the master he is in the center of the battle unarmed. It is Krishna's duty is to save Arjun from any harm. Arjun had no alternative but depend on him.
Arjun is unable to trust himself. Sure he is not trustable. He must learn to trust Krishna. Does he have any alternative. Result of one's deed must be left with God without any expectation. God does not ever oblige.
there is no option but one has to promise oneself - i am ready to fail be shamed, undergo nervous breakdown with fear, be insulted, be stoned to death - I am not hiding behind any shield of protection or excuse or attempt to delay now - i must be proactive - I must not be negative.
American word is positive - I must be Positive and facing Now at once and without wishing any delay.
Delay is the only sin one commits in this world. one is not doing one's predestined duty and perceive now WITHOUT ANY FURTHER PREPARATION OR TRAINING. One is sinning. One is going down abyss into HELL.
Lying cheating conning stealing robbing killing failing are not SIN. There is no penalty for doing them from God.
HEAVEN IS ASSURED.
IT IS SIN TO TRY DELAYING NOW. NOW CANNOT BE DELAYED OR POSTPONED.
It took me to cool down and good night sleep to realize that the problem is with me. I am under darkness while the world is perfectly bright and without blemish in smooth moving there is no joltand no friction no disorder ~ it is heaven now and nothing is required by me or from me.
