when FED increases the rate the exact amount is increased for my mortgage.
I need to make the amount from my retirement investment.
Wall Street crash directly effects my ability to earn from investment.
I am already standing still my invest value at year beginning level. That I earned nothing. While I paid mortgage at 4% level on the average. at 5 years level my investment return is 3.5%. I cannot keep ahead of mortgage interest.
I need to get out but I wish to be make at least $5000 from my investment and I wish it is stable for at least 2 weeks to switch over liquidate and wait. I wish to make a decision to pay off my mortgage till battles in two fronts end.
