i am struggling with holding my interest in hieroglyphs from ancients or any kind since i have no use for it. i do not have literature from ancient to read and know the advancement they made in science and technology. i only see their achievement cannot get to know their strategy or technology to lift weight without crane without electrical or diesel power. Or did they have?

unlike many contemporary thinkers i have no belief in creativity or ingenuity. My disgust with current state of the technology only makes me disgusting about future. yesterday there was some conference in brussels where Apple ceo and ibm ceo talked one after another. both tried to convey that usa progress in technology is stunted due to google facebook amazon etc who are minting money by selling private information. it is harming all honest effort to build economy via all other honest means. they called federal supervision and stop this dishonest practice to be rich by thieving.
we have unbelievable amount of jargons for unit of work in IT. Our memory cost for 1GB is 25 cents but our sense of wonder too vanished proportionally. how do we use so much of memory?
in my phone costing $340 I have 64 GB memory and so much of computing power. How can I use them creatively. I tried learning android programming for about a month. after learning the technology i have no interest in producing anything worthwhile.
there is big interest in cloud technology. for 100 KB application in cloud the memory requirement is 128 GB. IBM is realizing they are not smart enough like Google or facebook. they have become dwarf with only 72 billion gross earning in a year while facebook is making $500 billion.
how can we create durable wealth from stealing and selling private information by corporations under the cloak of secrecy? Making soap or soap opera creates durable wealth.
which drug peddler made wealth that is durable?
I cook my own food. I go shopping for groceries about once in three days. I also have limited utensils for my cooking. I am unable to make exotic food. I do not like to store my cooked food because I do not enjoy them. I saw for many hours many kind of food and cooking around the world. my attempts to recreate the similar is a mess.

about 30% IT jobs are in MF technology area on legacy platform. 30% are in migration of application. they are half hearted attempts and abandoned after wasting resources for a year or two.
40% jobs are in BI. It has new names now - Big Data Data Science Machine Learning Predictive Modelling etc. However it is job hunting ground for adventurous non professionals mostly without university education in science technology and higher mathematics.
International drug peddlers such as google Facebook apple amazon microsoft etc hire them in tens of thousand. they too are thieves - lying and cheating in every possible way. They too individually steal information. They are on demand since Internet drug peddlers and other all size of corporations need 1000s of machines to process petabyte size Big Data garbage.
Some years back I was under pressure from one Infosys recruiter to hire a Chef as an Architect. She was telling me he has 15 years of experience in lieu of university education. We have so many jargons now in IT - Chef Pig Hive Docker Jenkins Sprint Slang Garage about 300 long list. Recruiter thought the person must be a very valuable find. Not only she earns her salary; her find soon outshine any being smart and upward mobile must be enviable success in no time. I refused many days refusing to interview him saying I am incapable of evaluating an IT Architect without university degree in technology.
Past ten years IBM invested many billions pursuing success of Google in search engines feeding it medical financial personnel data etc. But they delivered no benefit to its customers. now it is wasted money. The direction of internet drug peddlers always remained the same from their conception. Minimal technology, nothing innovative, there must be interaction and frequent one, minimum of 15 20 times per person. Under the cover of free service offering catering to your interest, they gather data about you, your habits, phone number, address, financial accounts, internet accounts; and eventually sell them to anybody - anti social, enemy country, hackers as long as they pay. internet thugs.
CEO of IBM is misfit. She was in the industry for so long and did not know the strength of IBM. IBM is forgotten name trying to get a share in the internet business. It is wasting half of its annual earning buying rhl that none wants to touch. IBM always is defeated by their CEOs on purpose. They created corporations like Microsoft Intel that defeated IBM interest as a corporation. They did that for their own personal benefits and not corporate benefit. IBM is still in corporate picture because of their legacy MF. It is their cash cow and only one. Both in software hardware license and consulting. All corporations in government finance insurance health retail industry continue to use MF for their software over 5 decades. all attempts to replace these age old processing technology resulted in lot of investment but without any result. IBM kept alive MF technology with newer processor and faster processing compatibility. We have evolution in processor in micro technology. We have billions of them in the world having access to information but they do not help economy except filling pockets of drug peddlers.
Over the years our political system was blind to the health and wealth and economic stability of our nation. Nation governance does not support wealth generation of public but only individuals. Regularly since the unit of rich is $ billion we are generating at least 100 billionaire every year. Our wealth generation depleted by 10 times that amount that is 1 trillion per annum. Our poor is for ever poor - my guess it is above 12%. It has not improved since 1970 and it is increasing ever since. It was misconception of our government that war creates wealth. It does not. It is also misconception that robust stock market is indicator of health and wealth of an economy.
Has there been no money worldwide we would not be living in cities with food and goods generated elsewhere in the world. We can move goods very fast across continents but not fast enough within land. We had disastrous fire in california for month but could not contain it till it rained. The cause is man-made. Hand held computing power is useless to contain any mass emergency although we have instantaneous access to information otherwise.
