we joined about 18 for bstat from various places mostly from Bengals
4 dropped out and joined from our earlier batch

first death was of iyenger and then AV about 3 years back
AV and Radha were with me during my 5th year too
6th and 7th and thereafter for 4 more years asis me and iyenger were together in baroda at org
swapan AV joined bank
sastry went to canada
chawla went iim and now in imi
sajal stayed back at isi and then migrated to uk and now in usa
gautam went to asci then did phd and now retired in kolkata
radha went home and taught statistics in his hometown college
asis migrated to australia
iyenger migrated to middle east and died in 1985 
mv joined uti investment company and retired
swapan retired recently in kolkata
shibu sanjiban never left kolkata were with lic and wb government
amal joined durgapur steel plant now settled in durgapur after retirement
i keep contact with swapan and amal and radha
i also keep contact with raghu who was not my classmate
i am aware about my classmates and receive photos and emails infrequently

i had my longest and frequent changes till settled at columbus oh but my travel continued
i remained more or less academic but without anymore degrees
i enjoyed programming and modeling and predictive data analysis
i also started writing extensively in order to know myself from 1975 because of one broken relationship and another relationship that did not take place
i sought happiness from relationship
