Lot of technology is developed from imagination alone. I have talked about AI that has been there for 100 years now. You train machines to learn from past classification data and test machine intelligence with test data. Gather further data in the actual environment and make machine learn further. Algorithm to make machin better performing. More is training data, better is learning.
In China it appears there is no credit card or cash transaction. Their form of payment is mobile payment. It eliminates error from stolen device. It incorporates face recognition.
Imagine an entire road system where all vehicles are self driven. It is so much more comfortable being driven by car without human driver eliminating human error. Car perfectly balancing distance speed and road (is equipped with facilities describing itself to passing vehicles). Vehicles assimilating this information would never jump of road avoid ditches and other cars . There is no possibility for mishap.
I can parcel myself safely from any point to another point without any anxiety. I can even order my preferred food and rest places while being driven and enjoying the comfort of all conceivable and affordable during my transportation.
Objective function is my comfort - i fill the form or order from mobile app. my voice is my identity and credit worthiness.
In the foreseeable future with unlimited memory available listening seeing sensors anywhere and everywhere mobile or static, it is very much a reality of future. unless we do not have criminal devices disrupting and confusing all machine intelligence entrusted to take care of us, AI is safe future.
How would one steal with mobile payment phone? Thief would need pictures voices and fingerprints of its owner to unlock phones payment capability. Identity validation userid password and challenge personal information as well need be known.
Can we trust App itself not responsible for stealing personal information?
Amazon Google Facebook are striving on personal information stealing business. Unless it is authoritarian system ~ technology providers cannot be checked. GDPR like authority should be in place in every country to safeguard our information in our country and my personal does not leave my premise.
US law enforcing authority do not enter my premise but the thieves of internet have placed the listening device on my premise in my pocket and not checked. Even our VP meets them and urge them to steal in other countries.
I do not use Amazon Apple Facebook but still use to buy my shoes using chrome and google ~ the thief
